Minnesota (MN) Fiscal Year (FY) 23 Grant Agreement Notice of Funding Opportunity for For-Profit and Non-Profit Organizations

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), an agency under the United StatesDepartment of Agriculture (USDA), is announcing availability of Grant Agreements for the purpose of leveraging NRCS resources, addressing local natural resource issues, encouraging collaboration and developing State-


and community-level conservation leadership in Minnesota.

Proposals are requested from eligible applicants identified in Section C.1 of this document for competitive consideration of grant agreement awards for projects up to three years in duration.

Proposed projects must be performed in Minnesota for the initiatives and activities identified in Section A of this document.

NRCS anticipates that the amount available for support of this program in fiscal year 2023 may be up to $4,000,00 0. This notice identifies the objectives, eligibility criteria, and application instructions for projects.

Proposals will be screened for completeness and compliance with the provisions of this notice.

Incomplete and/or noncompliant proposals will be eliminated from competition, and notification of elimination will be sent to the applicant.

Accredited U. S. universities are eligible to submit proposals; teaming and collaboration are permitted as per section 3.0 of the solicitation.

NASA centers and JPL are not permitted to participate on proposals submitted to this Appendix.

Other government agencies and non-NASA FFRDCs are permitted to collaborate only (i.e., not funded through the proposed effort - see additional information in the solicitation).
