Eligibility for all programs listed in this FFO is open to all non-Federal entities.

Eligible applicants include institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, state and local governments, Indian tribes, hospitals, foreign public entities, and foreign governments.

Applicants selected for awards under 15 U.S.C.

ยง 278g-1 are encouraged, but not required, to select underrepresented minorities for participation.

In addition, NIST is not able to accept an application from an individual unaffiliated with a sponsoring applicant organization.
