AASHTO's Operation and Mgmt of the V2I DC

AASHTO shall operate and manage the V2I-DC, in collaboration with ITE and ITSA, to provide a centralized framework for obtaining comprehensive stakeholder input and participation from owner/operators to accelerate V2I deployment activities.

The V2I-DC shall ensure alignment, coordination, and


technical exchange for stakeholders involved in connected vehicle and infrastructure-related deployments.

Through operation and management of the V2I-DC initiative, AASHTO shall obtain stakeholder input and participation from owner/operators and accelerate V2I deployment activities.

AASHTO shall provide peer interaction, in-person events, webinars, conferences, and professional capacity building opportunities and training.

AASHTO shall disseminate state of the art information regarding ongoing V2I-DC efforts and identify specific research needs.
