Purpose The purpose of the program is to provide support and assistance through CDC cooperative agreements for non-research activities for the collection, aggregation and use of data describing the epidemiologic characteristics of people with bleeding and clotting disorders and the complications of these
disorders, in order to monitor health indicators for these populations
