Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are limited to national, regional, state, or local public and private entities, including non-profit organizations (including tribal nonprofit organizations), faith-based and community organizations, institutions of higher education (including tribal institutions of higher education), and units of local government.

DOJ encourages applications that involve two or more entities, however, one eligible entity must be the applicant and the other(s) must be proposed as subrecipient(s).

The applicant must be the entity with primary responsibility for administering the funding and managing the entire project.

Only one application per lead applicant will be considered; however, subrecipients may be part of multiple proposals.
