Tasks to be performed under this award:
develop a monitoring program that will detect the failure of any delisted species to sustain itself without the protective measures provided by the ESA.
If at any time during the monitoring program information indicates that protective status under the ESA should be reinstated, we can initiate relisting procedures including, if appropriate, emergency listing.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
The USFWS, Region 6 intends to award a single source grant as authorized by 505 DM 2 to the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife (CDPW).
CDPW previously completed the 2003, 2006, 2009, and 2012 Peregrine Falcon monitoring in Colorado for USFWS.
This notice is not a request for proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals.
