Fox River NRDA

This is a notice of intent to award a single source grant agreement to Ducks Unlimited without competition under justification 505DM 2. 1 4. B.

4. Restoration criteria are located in the 2003 Joint Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment for The Lower Fox River and Green Bay Area and


the 2016 Restoration Plan Update.

Competition for the award is not practical as Ducks Unlimited is also pursuing various matching fund opportunities from Sustain Our Great Lakes, Ducks Unlimited, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and the US FWS Coastal Program to maximize restoration opportunities.
