into Oregon).

This initial evaluation will assess current connectivity status and identify where connectivity could be significantly improved through restoration or other actions for species of pre-listing conservation interest such as fisher (Pekania pennanti), Pacific marten (Martes caurina), ringtail (Bassariscus astutus), salamander species (Plethodon spp.), yellow-cedar (Cupressus nootkatensis), and other potential species.

Results for the current condition could serve as a baseline against which to compare potential future conditions due to effects of land management, climate change, fire, or other factors.
