BLM OR/WA Statewide Strategic Integrated Noxious Weed Management Partnership

The Bureau of Land Management has worked cooperatively with State Agencies and political subdivisions thereof, to manage invasive plants on Federal and adjacent public and private lands.

Federal lands are widely scattered and are often difficult to access.

Counties, cities, towns, villages,

and special districts have often developed positive relationships with adjacent landowners and have a successful history of cooperatively managing weeds on a landscape scale across multiple jurisdictions.
