The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to encourage research to improve self-management and quality of life in children and adolescents with chronic conditions.

Managing a chronic condition is an unremitting responsibility for children and their families.

Children

with a chronic condition and their families have a long-term responsibility for self-management.
