PM/WRA is inviting eligible organizations to submit applications for open source data collection projects focused on identifying instances of small arms and light weapons and conventional ammunition being illicitly diverted from state-controlled stocks in Central and South America, North Africa/the Maghreb,


West Africa, the Sahel, East Africa, the Balkans, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine outside of contested areas, and the Philippines and producing weekly reports summarizing the cases.

This project should focus on cases outside of active conflict zones and leverage both English and local language information sources.
