Centennial Airport Secures $444,000 Grant

Agency - Aviation Discretionary Grant Program

Centennial Airport $444,000 grant to improve washed out taxiway signs and lighting. Gov. John Hickenlooper sanctioned the allocation of $20.6 million in state aviation fuel tax revenues Feb. 15 through 44 grants to Colorado general-aviation airports.

The funding came under the Aviation Discretionary Grant program, which was carried out by the Colorado Department of Transportation’s Division of Aeronautics.
