Federal Government Grants $300,000 for Cleaner River and Better Crops

The Federal Government has awarded a grant amounting to $300,000 to SANTFA. The grant will be used to research and develop an integrated system of biochar use and remediation of soils, rivers and in irrigated pasture and cropping systems. The SANTFA serves to continue biochar research since it has the potential to benefit farm operations across the State as well as its related industries.
