Jule Receives $897,000 Grant to Repair Transit System

The City of Jule has earned a $897,000 grant to renovate its Jule Transit System over two years.


The money will chiefly be used to reduce commuting time between downtown and West End bus transfers. Two new routes will be established, including 15-minute “non-stop express” service between transfers at Kennedy Circle and the intersection of East Sixth and Iowa streets.

Rwanda as Social Entrepreneur Fund Beneficiary


The Republic of Rwanda has been picked as one of the six African countries as beneficiaries for a new fellowship fund program designed at supporting social entrepreneurs in tackling issues on food security.
