McNeary Applies State Grant to Sustain The Esplanade

Agency - Empire State Development Corp.

William J. McNeary IV, developer of The Esplanade, will ask for a state grant to the empire State development Corp., in the amount of $1 million. The applied state grant would pay some of the costs for the retail buildings and help secure construction financing for the project.


The Esplanade includes 225 apartments, 36,730-square-feet of office/restaurant/retail space, a swimming pool and other amenities on 11 acres.
