Uses and Use Restrictions
This program is to provide environmental assistance to non-Federal interests in northern Wisconsin to include the counties of Douglas, Ashland, Bayfield, and Iron.
Assistance may be in the form of design and construction assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure and resource protection and development projects in northern Wisconsin, including projects for: wastewater treatment and related facilities, water supply related facilities, environmental restoration; and surface water resource protection and development.
Assistance may be provided only for projects that are publically owned and must enter into a written agreement to furnish its required cooperation for the project.
