Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, & Wyoming Environmental Infrastructure (Section 59

This program is to provide water-related environmental assistance and resource protection to non-Federal interests in Idaho, Montana, rural Nevada, New Mexico, rural Utah, and Wyoming .

Assistance may be in the form of design and construction grants or reimbursements for water-related environmental
infrastructure and resource protection and development projects, including projects for: wastewater treatment and related facilities; combined sewer overflow, water supply, storage, treatment, and related facilities; mine drainage; environmental restoration; and surface water resource protection and development.

FY09 Rural Nevada projects: Incline Village General Improvement District, NV; Yerrington, NV; Virgin City, NV; North Lemmon Valley, NV; Battle Mountain, NV; Carson City, NV and West Wendover, NV.

FY09 Rural New Mexico projects: Deming, NM.

FY09 Rural Utah projects: Deweyville, UT; Grantsville, UT; Brigham City, UT; Mantua, UT; Blanding, UT; Honeyville, UT; Kane, UT; Emery, UT and Richmond, UT.

FY09 Rural Idaho projects: Ammon, ID, Lava Hot Springs, ID, Bliss, ID, GreenLeaf, ID.

Fiscal Year 2010: FY10 Rural Montana projects: Butte, Stevensville, Daly Ditches Water, and City of Troy.

FY10 Rural Idaho projects: South Fork Sewer and Granite Reeder, Buhl, ID, and New Meadows, ID.
