Matching Requirements: Payments under the Act are made on the basis of: (a) 3/4 of 1 percent of the market value based on the appraised value of the land conducted every 5 years; or (b) 25 percent of the net receipts; or (c) 75 cents per acre. Payment of 25 percent of the net receipts is made to counties for public domain land that was never on the tax rolls.
