Fiscal Year 2013: No Current Data Available Fiscal Year 2014: The specific goal and/or program accomplishments of Anti-Terrorism Executive Training is to help nations effectively establish the conditions and capacity for achieving peace, security, and stability; and for responding effectively against arising threats to national or international security and stability. The Anti-Terrorism Executive Training is designed for senior partner nation executives responsible for the direction and oversight of law enforcement operations, law enforcement training, prosecution, legislative, judicial, information management and other key officials who influence the ability of their nation to prevent, respond and investigate terrorism. During the Anti-Terrorism Executive Training program, participants will be exposed to various senior level subject matter experts from the U.S. Government, civilian and academic sectors regarding terrorism. At the conclusion of the Anti-Terrorism Executive Training, participants will be able to address, adjust or change home country terrorism policies and / or procedures. Uses and Use Restrictions
ATA assesses the training needs, develops the curriculum, and provides the resources to train civilian security and law enforcement personnel from partner nations to enhance their capacity to detect, deter, counter, and investigate terrorist activities.
Funding is awarded to support the development, implementation, instruction and / or logistics of ATA domestic training programs which advance partner nations antiterrorism capabilities in the following areas:
-Protecting national borders;
-Protecting critical infrastructure;
-Protecting national leadership;
-Responding to and resolving terrorist incidents;
-Managing critical terrorist incidents having national-level implications.
