Employment Discrimination_Private Bar Program

(a) To assist individuals who have filed a charge with the Commission, or on whose behalf a charge has been filed, in contacting members of the private bar; (b) to provide technical assistance to aggrieved individuals and their attorneys in Title VII, Equal Pay, Age Discrimination in Employment and Americans
with Disabilities Act cases; to establish the attorney referral mechanism; and (d) to coordinate the strategies of the private bar with those of the Commission.
