OJJDP FY24 Title II Formula Grants Program
With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to assist states in planning, establishing, operating, coordinating, and evaluating projects directly or through grants and contracts with public and private agencies for the development of more effective education, training, research, prevention, diversion, treatment,
and rehabilitation programs to improve their juvenile justice system.

There are two types of applicants.
They are Technical Assistance Providers and Ultimate Recipients.
Generally speaking, both types of applicants must be a public body, nonprofit corporation, Federally Recognized Indian Tribe or Indian Tribe located on Federal and State reservations.
