Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) (for current Recipients - 1st Option Period)

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to exercise the 1st option period under existing cooperative agreements awarded under the April 7, 2008 solicitation for cooperative agreement applications (SCAA) for procurement technical assistance programs (PTAPs) as authorized by 10 U.S.C.

14 2. This announcement does not commit the Government to exercise the option.

The decision to exercise the option will be made on a program-by-program basis, taking into consideration compliance with the terms of the cooperative agreement, performance, program execution goals, and the availability of funds.

Section VIII of the SCAA explains the option process and you should refer to it for guidance.

All documentation listed in Section VIII of the SCAA is required to support an award of the first option period.

Your completed application must be submitted by the time established in the Grants Officer's email.
