Results-Focused Monitoring and Evaluation of U.S. Trade-Related Environmental Cooperation

OES seeks an independent entity to support monitoring and evaluation of its trade-related environmental cooperation programs.

More specifically, it seeks an entity that can (1) provide technical expertise to program implementers on developing monitoring plans for new programs; (2) compile monitoring


information across country programs from reports we receive from our implementers; and (3) evaluate a limited number of programs in two or three selected countries.
