The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is
soliciting proposals from organizations, groups, or individuals who would like to enter into an eighteen-month cooperative agreement to develop a competency-based curriculum to train Employment Retention Specialists, as well as, develop an assessment instrument to address both the strengths and risks of offenders in danger of job loss.
