Development of Materials Specific to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) Offenders in Corrections
The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is seeking applications from organizations, groups, or individuals to enter into a cooperative agreement with NIC for a 12-month period to develop a white paper specific to recommended best practices in the safe and respectful management of the LGBTI offender
population both in custody and on community supervision.

Applicants must have demonstrated ability to implement a project of this size and scope.
