Assessment of Trusted Identities in Cyberspace State Pilot Awards

NIST invites applications from eligible applicants to assess the benefits and impacts to the public of five projects implementing digital identity solutions for accessing government services.

NIST funded these five projects through the 2016 NSTIC State Pilots Cooperative Agreement Program (NOFO

Specifically, NIST seeks to enable adoption of online credentials more broadly for government services through greater dissemination of the impacts and benefits of these solutions to policymakers, state agencies, and the public.

The assessment will assist in moving forward the goal of providing the public with more secure online transactions.
