Conservation and Communities Project

USAID Madagascar hereby issues a Request for Information (RFI) to gather feedback to inform and strengthen the design of new interventions.

The anticipated goals of the new activities are to:(1) build and strengthen resilience through sustainably managed natural resources;(2) improve the enabling

environment for private sector engagement as a stimulus for green growth and eco-agriculture;(3) develop and improve the capacity of economic actors throughout targeted agricultural and environmental value chains; and(4) foster climate-resilient communities through participatory landscape planning, adaptive management, and scaling up actions to mitigate and adapt to climate change.Collectively, these actions will work to ensure more sustainable economic opportunities are available for poor populations and biodiversity is conserved.
