The National Endowment for the Arts’ State & Regional Partnership Agreement grants are awarded to the nation’s 56 state and jurisdictional arts agencies (SAAs), and the six regional arts organizations (RAOs) whose members comprise SAAs.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
There is one (1) watershed assessment to be completed in the western portion of Massachusetts.

This assessment will be based on the HUC12 (Hydraulic Unit Code) watersheds identified as: Upper Manhan River (Headwaters to North Brook)– HUC12 Code 10802010608— located primarily in the Towns of Westhampton and Southampton, Massachusetts.

The project shall not exceed 18 months in duration.

Applicants should plan their projects based on an estimated project start date of July 27, 2022.

The full announcement identifies the objectives, eligibility criteria, and application instructions for projects.

Proposals will be screened for completeness and compliance with the provisions of this notice.

Incomplete and/or noncompliant proposals will be eliminated from competition and notification of elimination will be sent to the applicant.

Getting Out and Staying Out, co-founded by Tony Smith of the VSA Consulting Group, works to reduce recidivism rate among men at Rikers Island, New York City. The recidivism rate significantly dropped from 60-plus percent to under 20 percent, with more than a thousand men over a span of  eight years.
