CONSERVATION EASEMENT BOUNDARY SURVEY ASSISTANCE

The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Iowa is requesting applications to provide procurement services for legal land surveys on Wetlands Reserve Program easements, Emergency Watershed Program – Floodplain Protection Easements and Grassland Reserve Program easements.

responsible for assisting NRCS and landowners by providing assistance necessary to procure services for legal land surveys on new easement applications and retracement of existing easements.

Performance may include any part or all operations necessary to procure a legal boundary survey that meets NRCS specifications.

Land survey specifications and surveyor requirements are attached.

NRCS will require that the recipient of this agreement contract with only surveyors meeting the requirements in this document.

Applications are being requested from nonprofits having a 501(c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education and nonprofits that do not have a 501(c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education for competitive consideration of cooperative agreements.
