Inclusive Development and Equitable Assistance (IDEA) LWA

USAID intends to award a single Leader with Associate Award (LWA) to an organization to implement the project, Inclusive Development and Equitable Assistance (IDEA).

The purpose of the award is to respond to the needs and priorities of marginalized and underrepresented groups and/or people in


vulnerable situations (MUGVPs) as well as communities of all diverse identities and experiences.

The applicant will seek to build the capacity of organizations that serve MUGVPs to help them meet their goals and advance inclusive development programming.

The qualified applicant will proactively and intentionally implement the goals of the project by advancing inclusive development to ensure the participation and inclusion of all people in programming, including those who have been historically marginalized.

-Universities and Colleges - Universities and two- and four-year colleges (including community colleges) accredited in, and having a campus located in the US, acting on behalf of their faculty members.

Such organizations also are referred to as academic institutions.
