Support TB Control Efforts in Ukraine

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in Kyiv, Ukraine is seeking applications from qualified U. S. or Non-U. S. non-profit or for-profit Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and other qualified non-USG organizations for funding of

credit: sheknows


an activity entitled “Support TB Control Efforts in Ukraine.” The purpose of Support TB Control Efforts in Ukraine Activity is to reduce the TB epidemic in Ukraine through early detection, appropriate care, and prevention for people living with TB, DR-TB and HIV/TB.

The Activity will increase case detection and improve diagnostics, treatment and care for patients living with TB, DR-TB and HIV/TB co-infection.

The Activity will be implemented in close cooperation with, and in support of, the National Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Ukraine.

The Activity will improve the system for TB, DR-TB case diagnosis, including contact tracing, treatment initiation, treatment completion, and improved data reporting, collection and analysis.
