USAID’s Inclusive Economic Engagement activity’s purpose is to empower women and minorities through increased economic opportunities throughout Kosovo.

This activity, through the implementing partner, will help revive micro-enterprises and small businesses owned by women and minorities

enhancing and creating efficiencies in their businesses, enabling partnerships with local organizations and the private sector, and providing funding through grants.

The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide answers to the questions received in response to the subject Notice for Funding Opportunity (NOFO) published on February 2, 202 2.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligibility for this NOFO is not restricted.

All U. S. and non-U. S. public, private, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations, as well as institutions of higher education, parochial, and other non-governmental organizations, are eligible to submit an application.

Further, the organization must be a legally recognized organizational entity under applicable law.

Foreign government- owned parastatal organizations from countries that are ineligible for assistance under the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) or related appropriations acts are ineligible.

Applications from individuals will not be accepted nor reviewed.
