Philanthropy in Action Activity

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified entities to implement a new Cooperative Agreement for the Philanthropy in Action Activity.

See Section C of this Notification of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Localworks eligibility information.The


goal of the activity is to strengthen broad-based participation in community development.

The purpose of the activity is to increase philanthropic giving in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The deadline for questions is May 5, 2022, 5:00pm (CET), Sarajevo Time.

Please make specific reference to page and section numbers of the questions.

Responses to questions received prior to the deadline will be furnished to all potential applicants through an amendment to this NOFO posted to www.grants.gov.

The closing date for applications is June 13, 2022, 09:00am (CET), Sarajevo Time.The geographic code for this procurement is 937 but USAID/BiH is open to receiving applications from advanced countries (Geographic Code 935).Issuance of this NOFO does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government nor does it commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of the application.Thank you
