Indonesia Integrity Initiative (Integritas)

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the Indonesia Integrity Initiative (Integritas) activity.

The goal of Integritas is to support the Government of Indonesia (GOI) in its corruption


prevention efforts through enhancing civic engagement and strengthening a culture of integrity for both the public and private sectors.

Integritas seeks to enhance Indonesian civil society capacity and role to more effectively partner with and support key GOI oversight institutions, while simultaneously ensuring sufficient preventative and oversight mechanisms are in place in the public and private sector.

Eligibility for this award is not restricted.

Eligible parties interested in submitting an application are encouraged to read this NOFO thoroughly to understand the type of program sought, application submission requirements, and selection process.

USAID intends to make an award to the applicant who best meets the objectives of this funding opportunity based on the merit review criteria described in this NOFO and subject to a risk assessment.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligibility for the program listed in this NOFO is open to all domestic non-Federal entities.

Eligible applicants include accredited institutions of higher education; non-profit organizations; for-profit organizations incorporated in the United States; and state, local, territorial, and Indian tribal governments.

Please note that individuals and unincorporated sole proprietors are not considered “non-Federal entities” and are not eligible to apply under this NOFO.

Although Federal entities are not eligible to receive funding under this NOFO, they may participate as unfunded collaborators.
