HIV Care and Treatment

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for multiple awards (cooperative agreement or fixed amount awards) from qualified entities to implement the HIV Care and Treatment program.

Eligibility for this award is restricted to local organizations.

This


is a multi-tiered NOFO in accordance with ADS 30 3. 3. 6. 1(c).

Selection under this NOFO will be based on a three-step process:
Phase 1 - Concept Paper submissions:
open to all eligible organizations as described in this RFA.

Phase 2 - Co-creation:
by invitation only to applicants selected under Phase 1 evaluation Phase 3 - Full application submissions:
by invitation only to applicants selected under Phase 2 co-creation.

USAID will hold an informative virtual meeting in Spanish to explain the objectives of this activity and the requirements for the organizations on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 10 a.m.

(Guatemala time).

Participation is limited to three persons per organization.
