In response to this RFA, any local Ugandan non-profit, or for-profit entity is eligible to apply who meets the following conditions:Entities who fit the PEPFAR Local Partner definition and the 2016 Ugandan Non-Governmental Act’s definition of an Indigenous Organization are eligible to apply for this program.
