The Public Affairs Section administers the Environmental Awareness and Action Campaign Grants Program.

This program supports environmental protection and community activism to preserve Tajikistan’s natural beauty, promote economic development through the tourism sector, and protect the health and security of the population.

State bodies are encouraged to work with NGOs to submit applications.

American or other donor country organizations or individuals are not eligible for grants under this program.

The maximum grant award is $25,000.
