Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity, the United States Agency for International Development intends to identify an uniquely qualified applicant to implement an activity to strengthen water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) progress in Madagascar, support the Government of Madagascar in leading sector


progress, and stimulating private sector WASH service delivery to achieve Sustainable Development Goals and promote WASH sector growth.
