The purpose of the 80MSFC24M0001 Cooperative Agreement Notice is to identify candidate technology partnerships with U. S. industry and academic/non-profit organizations that complement the technology development interests of MSFC, benefitting a wide range of users, ensuring the nation realizes the full

Awards are authorized by The National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958, 51 U.S.C.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are nongovernmental organizations or research institutions that have demonstrated expertise in coral reef conservation or restoration and/or scientific research; U. S. states, territories, or local governments with authority over coral reefs; and Native entities with interests in a coral reef ecosystem.

Applications from federal agencies or employees of federal agencies will not be considered.

NOAA employees are not permitted to assist in the preparation of applications.
