SERBIA CIVIL SOCIETY PARTNERS

Through this Annual Program Statement (APS), USAID/Serbia intends to assist Serbian organizations supporting local civic activism and policy advocacy initiatives, particularly outside Belgrade and major cities, that (1) advance Serbia‘s Euro-Atlantic integration process; (2) improve prospects for local


Serbian philanthropy to expand potential sources of civil society support; (3) and strengthen civil society capacity, networks/linkages and innovation to better address community and social challenges, especially through collective action.

Organizations interested in receiving funding for programs are invited to carefully read this APS in its entirety and to follow the grant application guidance in order to apply for funds.

Any registered Serbian civil society organization/business association is eligible to submit applications under this APS.

For-profit companies are not eligible to apply.

Organizations may submit applications individually or in partnership with other international or local organizations.

If applications are done through a partnership or consortium, there must be one lead organization identified that would be responsible for managing the overall activity.
