The objective of this APS is to support targeted small and medium-scale development activities that serve as catalysts for job creation, increased trade, and economic growth.

By strengthening critical elements of Albania agriculture, this program will contribute to economic stabilization and


reintegration efforts of returnees in the context of the Eurozone crisis.
