GDA APS Addendum - Mexico

Through this Addendum to the FY2011 Global Development Alliance (GDA) Annual Program Statement (APS) No.

M/OAA/GRO/EGAS-11-002011 (the GDA APS), USAID/Mexico is making a special call for the submission of concept papers related to the USG development pillars of private sector competitiveness,


environment and education.

The objectives are to:
1) help promote climate change mitigation, with a focus on the energy and forestry sectors; 2) improve the availability, relevance and quality of youth leadership and workforce development programs in target communities; and 3) create economic, educational and social opportunities for youth, women and other vulnerable groups in target communities.

Unless otherwise specifically stated herein, all terms and conditions of the GDA APS apply.

M/OAA/GRO/EGAS – 11-002011, USAID expects to receive alliance proposals that leverage resources at a minimum of 1:
1. Proposals that do not leverage resources of at least a matching amount to what is requested will not be considered under this announcement.
