Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Indonesia intends to award a series of Grant Agreements or Cooperative Agreements, for program duration of a minimum of one year and not to exceed September 30, 201 2. USAID/Indonesia will not consider any applications below a minimum amount of Rp 2,700,000,000


or above a maximum amount of Rp 13,500,000,00 0. USAID/Indonesia reserves the right to incrementally fund activities over the duration of the program, if necessary depending on program length, performance against approved program indicators and the availability of funds.
