USAID/Afghanistan invites organizations and companies to participate with USAID through co-creation, co-design, co-investment and collaboration in response to a Critical Development Challenge Addendum issued under this BAA, as described below, to provide innovations and technologies that further USAID/Afghanistan’s development objectives.

These innovations and technologies will further the U. S. Government’s commitment to address critical development challenges in Afghanistan.
