Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are for-profit (commercial) organizations, nonprofit organizations (including tribal nonprofit and for-profit organizations), faith-based and community organizations, and institutions of higher education (including tribal institutions of higher education).

Competitive applicants will include partnership with a police organization or association that has the capacity to consult and engage communities on issues of improved justice system and public health responses to people with mental health disorders (MDs) or co-occurring substance use disorders (COD).

For-profit organizations must agree to forgo any profit or management fee.
