Additional Information of Eligibility:Eligible applicants are limited to tribal and non-tribal for-profit (commercial) and nonprofit organizations; faith-based and community organizations; institutions of higher learning (including tribal institutions of higher education); and tribal organizations and consortiums with demonstrated national-scope and onsite experience working with American Indian and Alaska Native tribes.
