CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $25,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.The goal of this NOFO is to provide targeted combination prevention solutions and approaches to vulnerable, high-risk priority


populations, including adolescents and young people, aged between 10-24, in workplaces, schools, and communities.The NOFO aims to create demand for and support the use of the following prevention and response interventions through direct service delivery, referrals, and technical assistance:Evidence-based biomedical interventions such as:HIV testing services.Antiretroviral therapy.Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP).Condom promotion and distribution.Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment.Sexual and reproductive health.Mental health and substance abuse screening.Psychosocial support.Minimum package of post-violence care.Behavioral interventions such as:School and community-based HIV and violence prevention, including health education for all adolescents and youth as well as community leaders, parents, and caregivers.HIV risk reduction.Structural HIV, TB, and violence interventions such as social mobilization.Youth empowerment such as:Economic strengthening.Gender norm changes.Gender-based violence (GBV) prevention.Family strengthening programs.
