If more than one application is received for one State, CMS reserves the right to determine which application to select.

State Notices of Intent to Apply and complete Grant Applications due dates are listed in the timetable on page 4 of this document.

Successful applicants will receive a Notice of Award (NOA) signed and dated by the CMS Grant Management Officer via the U. S. Postal Service approximately 60 days after each application review period.

Grantees will receive funding through a 36-month project/budget period.
