Additional Information of Eligibility:Funding under this opportunity is available to organizations/associations that are authorized to administer grants in support of national and regional programs.
Any project in which the scope of the intervention or activities is limited to a State, local area and/or a single facility will not be considered.
A maximum of one application may be submitted per organization/association.
