Additional Information of Eligibility:
Only local weatherization agencies that are eligible to receive WAP funding are eligible to receive grants under this proposed FOA.

Local agency applicants for the grants must be certified by their state Weatherization Program as having the capacity to conduct the proposed project and the state must exercise financial oversight over the grants to any of their agencies.
